I hope you had a beautiful and restful Memorial Day weekend. I spent mine soaking up the sun on a boat (yes, living my best life!), but this morning hit different.

And let me tell you… I cried like a baby.

Why? Because I had to remind myself:
I’m brave.
I’m worthy.
I have purpose.

Even when I don’t know what the hell I’m doing or if I made the “right” choices — I’m learning to trust the process. I believe in God. I believe the Universe has my back. And sometimes I cry because the wounds still sting. But I also cry because I’m proud — proud that I left places that no longer served me. Proud that I didn’t settle. Proud that I said no to what wasn’t meant for me.

Things aren’t perfect, but damn, I’m thankful.
