Hey chingona,

Let’s talk about anxiety since I feel like many of us are experiencing a lot of it right now. Some of us experience it in passing, while for others, it’s part of our daily lives. That was me. I used to say I suffered from anxiety, and I even made a tee that said Dear Anxiety, Vete A La Chingada because, for years, it felt like it had control over me.

Since then, I’ve done a lot of therapy, listened to tons of audiobooks, and learned that sometimes it's not just anxiety. The people, habits, and things we allow in our lives disrupt our peace.

I had to really take a step back and ask myself:

  • What cheap serotonin hits am I chasing

  • Am I ignoring my gut feelings

  • What do I need to change to feel better

If you’re struggling with anxiety, here are some things that have genuinely helped me:

Life coaching helped me shift my mindset (if you are looking for a Latina recommendation, respond to this email)

Therapy helped me work through things I didn’t even realize I was carrying

EMDR is amazing, and you don’t even need a coach. This app has been a game-changer: Anxiety Release App

Journaling has been so therapeutic for me, and if you need a little help getting started, I made a 7-day journaling guide: Chingona Journal Guide

Manifesting and shifting my energy has made a huge difference. Here’s a book I recommend: My Manifestation Book Recs

Another big thing that’s helped me is my diet, and I’m so excited to share more about this. I’ve been stepping into new territory and recently became a Purium brand ambassador. Why? Because I love the product. It has helped me in so many ways. I’m down 10 pounds, feel more energy, and feel more energy, and most importantly, my anxiety has decreased.

I know what it’s like to live with crippling anxiety, and if I can make these changes, you can too.

And stay tuned because I have a Canva class rolling out soon.
